These terms describe the use of the Lavender Field project, community content, and participants’ responsibilities. They apply from the moment you register and stay in force while your account is open. Read them alongside our policy page, which handles data and privacy separately.
This website is presented as Lavender Field, an editorial project owned and operated by CERVANTES PERAZA LORENA, an individual. Lavender Field is not a separate company or legal entity. In these terms, “we”, “us”, or “the operator” means CERVANTES PERAZA LORENA acting in connection with the Lavender Field project.

Membership is open to people aged 18 and over. Accounts are personal, so sharing a login is not allowed. Posts should stay on field matters: variety notes on angustifolia, x intermedia, and stoechas, soil and drainage observations, pruning schedules, weed control, oil yield records, cutting dates, drying and distillation notes, and fair swaps of cuttings.
You keep ownership of what you publish. By posting, you grant CERVANTES PERAZA LORENA, as the operator of Lavender Field, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to archive your contributions and quote short excerpts in seasonal digests. You confirm that your photos and notes are your own or that you have permission to share them.
The forum collects shared experience, not guarantees. We do not promise a specific oil yield, plant survival through a hard frost, or a particular result from following a field note. Advice from other growers reflects their soil, climate, and season. Test it on a small plot before applying it across a field.
We may remove posts or close accounts that break these terms. Promotional, deceptive, unlawful, inappropriate, or unrelated commercial content has no place here and may be removed without notice. Repeated violations can end the account.
If a dispute arises, the first step is a message to the community stewards, who will try to settle it directly. If that fails, either side may send written notice. We ask members to keep exchanges factual and to leave room for different regional results.
We update these terms when the forum changes or when the law requires it. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use your account after that date means you accept the revised version.
