Support desk

Where to send a question, and how fast you will hear back

Most requests here are small and specific: a thread filed under the wrong variety, a cutting swap posted twice, a regional cutting date that no longer matches what you see in the field. Tell us the thread link, your region, and the variety involved, and the desk can move on it without a round of clarifying messages.

Account access, profile updates, and notification settings for beetle reports or frost warnings are handled the same way. If a post reads like promotion rather than field experience, report it and we will review it against the community rules.

Misplaced variety discussions, duplicate cutting-swap posts, or a distillation question that belongs in another section.

Photos and field context

Reply within two working days.

Reports and corrections

Fixing a regional report, flagging spam, or raising content that conflicts with the forum's field-only focus.

Support desk

Get help without losing the thread

Most questions that reach the support desk are small and specific: a login that stopped working, a photo upload that lost its field context, a cutting-swap post sitting in the wrong section. Tell us what you were trying to do and where it happened, and we can usually sort it out in one pass.

Account and profile

Password resets, email changes, notification settings for regional cutting dates, and profile updates. If you follow a specific zone or the lavender beetle reports, mention which one so we can check the right subscription.

Threads and moderation

Misplaced variety discussions, duplicate threads, or a distillation question that belongs in another section. Send the thread link and we will move or merge it rather than delete the replies people already wrote.

Photos and field reports

Uploads that need clearer context, or a regional report with a wrong cutting date. Add the region and the variety involved so the correction is accurate for everyone reading that thread later.

Reporting spam or off-topic posts

Promotion that has nothing to do with growing lavender, or content that conflicts with the forum's focus. The desk keeps the space on cultivation, harvest, and exchange, not on unrelated offers.

What to include in your message

A short note with the right details saves a round trip. We read every message, but we cannot act on a report we cannot locate.

  • The link to the thread or profile involved.
  • Your region and the lavender variety in question.
  • What you expected to happen and what actually happened.

Write to info@lavenderflowerfarm.com or call +54 9 11 2119 9619. If you prefer to keep it in the community, the contact page lists the other ways to reach the moderation team.

Questions that reach the support desk most often

Short answers about accounts, moderation, and how to get a thread moved or corrected. If your case is not covered here, the desk reads every message.

Still stuck after reading? Send the details through the contact page, or check the resources section for posting formats.

Most lockouts come from an old email address after a provider change. Send the desk the username, the region you post from, and the variety you follow most. We restore access and re-enable the regional notifications in the same pass.

Post the thread link and say where it belongs. A distillation question usually moves to small-scale processing, a cutting swap to the propagation board. We merge duplicates of the same variety discussion rather than leaving two half-empty threads.

Photos stay when they show the row, the soil, and the date. They go when the location is unclear or the image is reused from a catalogue. Reply to the moderation note with the plot and the month, and the upload is usually restored the same day.

Tell us the zone, the variety, and the corrected first-cut week. We edit the report and note the change so other growers in the same valley see the update. Late frost adjustments are logged separately.

Use the report link on the post and add one line about what is off. The forum keeps a strict field-only focus, and promotional posts unrelated to lavender growing are removed. Repeated cases lead to a posting pause.
